The Apostolic Catholic Church (ACC), a self-governing autocephalous church, is headed by a Patriarch, the Pontifical Presbyter, in the person of Dr. John Florentine Teruel, P.P.
The Patriarch is assisted by his Archbishops, along with the bishops and the missionary priests and nuns of the Order of the Missionaries of the Holy Spirit (OMHS).
The lay governing body of the Apostolic Catholic Church is headed by the Parish Pastoral Council, with its own elected officers and committees, the working force of the church.
The Members of the Order of the Missionaries of the Holy Spirit, which is the religious order of the Apostolic Catholic Church (ACC), are bound by their Evangelical Vows of Chastity, Poverty, Obedience, and Acceptance to their immediate superiors, to Patriarch, Dr. John Florentine Teruel, P.P., and to Beloved Ingkong, God, the Holy Spirit.
